Lunesta 2 mg

DRUG CLASS AND MECHANISM: Lunesta is a non-benzodiazepine, oral, sedative drug ("sleeping pill") that is used for treating insomnia. According to the National Institutes of Health, more than 50 million Americans suffer from insomnia. Symptoms of insomnia include difficulty falling asleep, awakening frequently during the night, waking up too early, an inability to fall back to sleep, or awakening in the morning not feeling refreshed. Most drugs that have been used to treat insomnia are benzodiazepines, for example, flurazepam (Dalmane), lorazepam (Ativan), triazolam (Halcion), and temazepam (Restoril). Zolpidem (Ambien) was the first non-benzodiazepine approved for insomnia in over 20 years. Lunesta is unique in that it is the only drug used for insomnia that has been shown to be safe and effective for up to six months.

STORAGE: Tablets should be stored at room temperature, 15-30 °C (59-86 °F).

PRESCRIBED FOR: Lunesta is used for the treatment of insomnia characterized by difficulty falling asleep and/or difficulty maintaining sleep during the night and early morning.

DOSING: The usual dose to improve or maintain sleep in most adults is 2 or 3 mg. Persons over the age of 65 years usually are treated with 1 or 2 mg. Lunesta should be taken immediately before going to bed since the onset of sedation may occur as rapidly as 10 minutes. It should be taken only by individuals who intend to sleep for at least 8 hours since its effects may last up to six hours.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Alcohol (which causes sedation) and drugs that have sedating effects should not be used with Lunesta since their sedating effects, when added to those of Lunesta, may cause excessive sedation.

PREGNANCY: Lunesta should not be used during pregnancy.

NURSING MOTHERS: It is not known whether Lunesta is excreted in human breast milk. Because many medicines are excreted in breast milk and because the effect of Lunesta on infants has not been studied, women should not breast feed while taking Lunesta.

SIDE EFFECTS: Patients taking Lunesta or any other sedative drug may develop dependence on the drug for sleep and experience withdrawal symptoms when the drug is discontinued. The most common side effects of Lunesta are dizziness and loss of coordination.

BigPRX - Penis enlargement pills

BigPRX is one of the best supplements for both male enlargement and enhancement. With a great list of ingredients in healthy doses and a good price BigPRX comes highly recommended.

Like other male enlargement pills, BigPRX works by increasing blood flow to the penis. The reason this is the foundation of male enhancement pills lies in the way the penis functions as an organ. The key to erections is proper blood flow; the penis is made up of a series of chambers called the corpus cavernosum which in Latin means cave like body. Inside the corpus cavernosum is a spongy material appropriately named the corpus spongiosum. The blood which rushes to the penis when aroused fills up these chambers and is absorbed into the corpus spongiosum to make it grow and harden. BigPRX greatly increases this blood flow so that the maximum amount of blood is absorbed, which leads to the biggest and hardest erections possible. After a period of time, the skin which is being stretched beyond normal size will begin to expand, and in this way BigPRX enlarges the penis with a two pronged attack. How does it work? Let's take a look at some of the ingredients.

L-arginine HCL is a protein found in few to no other male enlargement pills and is converted into nitric oxide. If you know anything about body building supplements than you are aware that nitric oxide is one of the most highly acclaimed substances for increasing work out potential. It has been clinically proven to greatly increase blood flow not just to the penis, but to all parts of the body which results in an energy boost. This energy boost improves stamina and sexual performance. Another great ingredient that most other enlargement and enhancement pills do not contain is tribulus terrestris. This is an extract which increases the production of testosterone. More testosterone can result in moderate gains to blood flow, but more importantly it will increase sex drive and energy.

Enough theory, does it work in practice? The answer is an undeniable yes! Users of BigPRX see BIG changes in penis size, sexual desire and stamina. After countless emails from users and a slew of positive reviews we have concluded that BigPRX is one of the best enlargement/enhancement pills out there.

Cialis Tadalafil Soft 20mg

Cialis Soft (Tadalafil Soft) is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor used to treat sexual function problems such as impotence or erectile dysfunction. In combination with sexual stimulation, this medicine works by helping the blood flow into the penis to achieve and maintain an erection. This medicine is not intended for use in women or children.

What is the most important information I should know about Cialis Soft?
• Do not take Cialis Soft if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. This includes nitroglycerin (Nitrostat, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, and others), isosorbide dinitrate (Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate), and isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket). • Do not take Cialis Soft more than once a day. Allow 24 hours to pass between doses.
• Contact your doctor or seek emergency medical attention if your erection is painful or lasts longer than 4 hours. A prolonged erection (priapism) can damage the penis.
• A small number of patients have had a sudden loss of eyesight after taking Cialis Soft. This type of vision loss is caused by decreased blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye. It is not clear whether Cialis Soft is the actual cause of such vision loss. Sudden vision loss with Cialis Soft use has occurred most often in people with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or certain pre-existing eye problems, and in those who smoke or are over 50 years old.
• Stop using Cialis Soft and get emergency medical help if you have sudden vision loss.

Cialis 20mg

Cialis is a prescription medicine taken by mouth for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. ED is a condition where the penis does not harden and expand when a man is sexually excited, or when he cannot keep an erection. Cialis may help a man with ED get and keep an erection when he is sexually excited. Clinical studies show that Cialis works faster, lasts up to 36 hours and has less side effects than Viagra.

Synonyms: Sialis; ICOS 351; Tadanafil;

Cialis is used for:
Treating erectile dysfunction (ED). Cialis is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It works by helping to increase blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. This helps you to achieve and maintain an erection.
Do NOT use Cialis if:
• you are allergic to any ingredient in Cialis
• you have severe liver problems or certain hereditary degenerative eye problems (eg, retinitis pigmentosa)
• you have certain heart problems (eg, unstable angina, angina during sexual intercourse, severe heart failure, uncontrolled irregular heartbeat), low blood pressure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• you have had a heart attack within the past 90 days or a stroke within the past 6 months
• you are taking nitrates (eg, isosorbide, nitroglycerin) in any form (eg, tablet, capsule, patch, ointment) or nitroprusside
• you have been advised by your doctor to avoid sexual activity because of heart problems
• you use certain recreational drugs called "poppers" (eg, amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate)
Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you.
Before using Cialis:
Some medical conditions may interact with Cialis . Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
• if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
• if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances
• if you have a deformed penis (eg, Peyronie disease, cavernosal fibrosis), blood problems (eg, sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma), or any other condition that may increase the risk of a prolonged erection (priapism)
• if you have a history of certain eye problems (eg, retinitis pigmentosa, sudden vision loss, optic neuropathy, macular degeneration)
• if you have a history of liver or kidney problems, dialysis, high or low blood pressure, ulcers, bleeding problems, blood vessel problems, heart problems (eg, heart failure, irregular heartbeat, aortic stenosis, angina), or blood vessel problems
• if you have a history of heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening irregular heartbeat
Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Cialis . Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
• Alpha-blockers (eg, doxazosin), medicines for high blood pressure, nitrates (eg, isosorbide, nitroglycerin), or nitroprusside because severe low blood pressure with dizziness, lightheadedness, and fainting may occur
• Azole antifungals (eg, itraconazole), HIV protease inhibitors (eg, ritonavir), macrolide antibiotics (eg, erythromycin), or telithromycin because they may increase the risk of Cialis 's side effects
• Rifampin because it may decrease Cialis 's effectiveness
This may not be a complete list of all interactions that may occur. Ask your health care provider if Cialis may interact with other medicines that you take. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop, or change the dose of any medicine.
How to use Cialis:
Use Cialis as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
• An extra patient leaflet is available with Cialis . Talk to your pharmacist if you have questions about this information.
• Take Cialis by mouth with or without food.
• Cialis may be taken up to 36 hours before sexual activity, as directed by your doctor.
• Do not take Cialis more often than once daily, or as directed by your doctor.
• Check with your doctor before you eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you are taking Cialis.
• If you miss a dose of Cialis and you still intend to engage in sexual activity, take it as soon as you remember. Continue to take it as directed by your doctor.
Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Cialis .
Important safety information:
• Cialis may cause dizziness, drowsiness, fainting, or blurred vision. These effects may be worse if you take it with alcohol or certain medicines. Use Cialis with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you react to it.
• Cialis may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. To prevent them, sit up or stand slowly, especially in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of any of these effects.
• Do not drink large amounts of alcohol (eg, 5 drinks or more) while you take Cialis . Doing so may increase your risk of dizziness, headache, fast heartbeat, and low blood pressure.
• Patients with heart problems who take Cialis may be at increased risk for heart-related side effects, including heart attack or stroke. Symptoms of a heart attack may include chest, shoulder, neck, or jaw pain; numbness of an arm or leg; severe dizziness, headache, nausea, stomach pain, or vomiting; fainting; or vision changes.
Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) Soft Tabs 100mg

Viagra Soft Tabs (Sildenafil) are quick-dissolving lozenges for treating male impotence. Comparing to ordinary Viagra, Viagra Soft Tabs has reduced the start time from 30 to 15-19 minutes with the effective duration of 5 to 6 hours per dose.

Drug Uses
Viagra Soft Tabs are used to treat impotence in men by increasing the body's ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual stimulation.

How Taken
Take Viagra Soft Tabs in the mouth as needed 10 - 20 minutes before sexual activity. The manufacturer recommends a maximum of 1 dose per day (1 dose every 2 days for those taking ritonavir).

Drug Class and Mechanism
Soft Tabs Viagra are oral lozenges containing quick-dissolving compounds. As with the standard Viagra, Generic Soft Tabs Viagra will stimulate the dopamine receptors in the hypothalamus and mid-brain, enhancing the natural erection process.

Excitory signals are then transmitted down the spinal cord to the sacral parasympathetic nucleus, stimulating parasympathetic activity of the sacral nerves supplying the penis. The penile smooth muscle then relaxes, and the pelvic arteries dilate. Dilated arteries of the penis fill with blood, and corpora cavernosa engorges, and the penis becomes erect.

Missed Dose
Viagra is used as needed, so you are not likely to be on a dosing schedule.

Storage
Keep Viagra Soft Tabs in its original container. Store at 25 degrees C (77 degrees F); excursions permitted to 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Keep out of the reach of children.

Phentermine 37.5 mg

DRUG CLASS AND MECHANISM: Phentermine is a drug that suppresses appetite. Its exact mechanism of action is unknown. It probably decreases appetite by acting on centers in the brain that control appetite. Phentermine is similar to amphetamine. It stimulates the nervous system, elevates blood pressure, and increases heart rate.

STORAGE: Phentermine should be stored in a tight container at room temperature.

PRESCRIBED FOR: Phentermine is combined with diet and exercise for the short-term treatment of obesity in individuals with a body mass index greater than or equal to 30 kg/m2 or greater than or equal to 27 kg/m2 with risk factors for heart disease. Phentermine should not be combined with other weight loss agents. The combination of phentermine and fenfluramine (FEN-PHEN) is associated with serious heart problems. Fenfluramine is no longer available in the United States.

DOSING: The recommended dose is 30 mg once daily about 2 hours after breakfast. Evening doses should be avoided because phentermine causes insomnia.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Phentermine is similar to amphetamine and may share some of the interactions associated with amphetamines. Combining phentermine with tricyclic antidepressants [for example, amitriptyline (Elavil, Endep)] or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (for example, tranylcypromine) may result in high blood pressure and other serious reactions because of elevated serotonin levels in the blood.

PREGNANCY: Use of phentermine during pregnancy has not been adequately evaluated.

NURSING MOTHERS: It is not known whether phentermine is excreted in human breast milk.

SIDE EFFECTS: Side effects of phentermine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dry mouth, constipation, an unpleasant taste, hives, impotence, palpitations, high blood pressure, and fast heart rates (palpitations). Central nervous system side effects include hyperactivity, insomnia, restlessness, tremor, and dizziness. Phentermine, especially when combined with fenfluramine, has been associated with high pressures in the pulmonary arteries (pulmonary hypertension) and defects in heart valves, both serious complications. Physical and psychological dependence may occur with the long-term use of phentermine. A withdrawal reaction, which includes excessive drowsiness, fatigue, tremors and depression may occur after prolonged use.

Acomplia 20 MG

Diet pill Acomplia is a miraculous multifunctional pill that helps you short out obesity as well as smoking. Acomplia diet pills work on the Endocannabinoid system, which controls appetite and energy expenditure (as well as the urge to smoke). This wonder pill selectively blocks some receptors in the Endocannabinoid system, thus creating a better balance which in turn suppresses appetite and the longing to overeat.

Synonyms: Slimona
Made in: Germany

What is Acomplia?
• Acomplia (rimonabant) is the first in a new class of therapeutic agents called Cannabinoid-1 Receptor Blockers (CB1).
• Acomplia is used in the treatment of obesity and related conditions.
How does Acomplia work?
• Acomplia acts by selectively blocking CB1 receptors found in the brain and in peripheral organs important in glucose and lipid (or fat) metabolism, including adipose tissue, the liver, gastrointestinal tract and muscle1.
• Acomplia switches off the same brain circuits that make people hungry when they smoke cannabis.
• CB1 receptor blockade with Acomplia acts to decrease the overactivity of the endocannabinoid system (EC system)2,3. The EC system is a recently characterised physiological system that includes receptors such as the CB1 receptor and it has been shown to play an important role in regulating body weight and in controlling energy balance, as well as glucose and lipid (or fat) metabolism.
What is Acomplia used for?
• Acomplia is used complementary to diet and exercise to treat obese or overweight patients who suffer from Type 2 diabetes and abnormal levels of fat in the blood.
• Sanofi argues that Acomplia can also prevent the risk of cardiovascular disease.
• Patients with large waist circumference (102 cm in men and 88 cm in women) will mostly benefit from taking the drug.
Does Acomplia also aid smoking cessation?
• Acomplia has been studied by sanofi-aventis as an aid to smoking cessation based on studies for up to one year in over 6,500 smokers motivated to quit smoking.
• Sanofi-aventis submitted a New Drug Application to the FDA, which in turn issued a non approvable letter for Acomplia for use in smoking cessation. An approvable letter was however issued for Acomplia for use in weight management.
Acomplia has just been approved in the European Union. Is Acomplia approved in the United States?
• No. Sanofi is still awaiting U.S. marketing go-ahead which it has said could come by the end of this year.
• U.S. health authorities have asked Sanofi for more information on Acomplia.
• Acomplia received European Union marketing approval in June 2006.
• The first launch will take place in Britain in July and be followed by launches in Denmark, Ireland, Germany, Finland and Norway in the second half of this year, according to Sanofi.
What were the results of Acomplia Clinical trial studies?
• In clinical studies, Acomplia has been shown to improve a wide array of cardiometabolic risk factors as well as promoting sustained weight loss4,5.
• Approximately half of the observed improvement in HDL-cholesterol, triglycerides and HbA1C (an indicator of blood sugar control) in patients who received Acomplia 20mg was beyond that expected from weight loss alone6.
What are the side-effects of Acomplia?
• Side effects in the trial on Acomplia in obesity were vomiting and nausea, forcing about 19 percent of patients to leave the trial versus 13 percent of those who took placebo.

Xenical 120 mg

Xenical is a slimming tablet for those who are obese and who find it hard to lose weight although on a diet. If Xenical is used with a healthy diet and exercise it has shown to help patients lose weight. Xenical works by preventing fat from being digested, which in studies have shown to be very effective for people who, on a normal diet, have difficulties losing weight

Synonyms: Vyfat; Orlipastat; Tetrahydrolipstatin;
Made in: Germany

Generic Name: Orlistat (OR-li-stat) Brand Name: Xenical
Xenical is used for:
Managing obesity in adults and adolescents 12 years and older. It is also used to reduce the risk of weight regain after previous weight loss. Xenical is a gastrointestinal lipase inhibitor. It works by inhibiting the digestion of fats from the diet and should be used with a reduced-calorie diet.
Do NOT use Xenical if:
• you are allergic to any ingredient in Xenical
• you constantly have problems absorbing food (chronic malabsorption)
• you have gallbladder problems
• you have cholestasis (a problem of bile flow from the liver to the intestines)
Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you.
Before using Xenical:
Some medical conditions may interact with Xenical . Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical conditions, especially if any of the following apply to you:
• if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding
• if you are taking any prescription or nonprescription medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
• if you have allergies to medicines, foods, or other substances
• if you have an underactive thyroid
Some MEDICINES MAY INTERACT with Xenical . Tell your health care provider if you are taking any other medicines, especially any of the following:
• Anticoagulants (eg, warfarin) because side effects, including risk of bleeding, may be increased by Xenical
• Cyclosporine because its effectiveness may be severely decreased by Xenical. Cyclosporine should be taken at least 2 hours before or after orlistat to ensure maximum absorption of cyclosporine into the bloodstream
This may not be a complete list of all interactions that may occur. Ask your health care provider if Xenical may interact with other medicines that you take. Check with your health care provider before you start, stop, or change the dose of any medicine.
How to use Xenical:
Use Xenical as directed by your doctor. Check the label on the medicine for exact dosing instructions.
• An extra patient leaflet is available with Xenical . Talk to your pharmacist if you have questions about this information.
• Take Xenical by mouth with or up to 1 hour after each main meal that contains fat (up to 3 per day).
• If a meal is missed or contains no fat, do not take a dose of Xenical.
• You should take a multivitamin supplement containing vitamins A, D, E, and K to ensure good nutrition. The supplement should be taken at least 2 hours before or after you take Xenical , such as at bedtime.
• If you miss a dose of Xenical , take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.
Ask your health care provider any questions you may have about how to use Xenical.
Important safety information:
• Do NOT take more than the recommended dose without checking with your doctor. Exceeding the recommended dose will not make you lose more weight and may increase side effects.
• Tell your doctor or dentist that you take Xenical before you receive any medical or dental care, emergency care, or surgery.
• Follow the diet program given to you by your health care provider. Your daily intake of fat should be divided evenly over 3 meals.
• Eating a meal high in fat while taking Xenical increases the risk of side effects involving the stomach and intestines.
• Diabetes patients - Xenical may affect your blood sugar. Check blood sugar levels closely. Ask your doctor before you change the dose of your diabetes medicine.
• Additional monitoring of your dose or condition may be needed if you are taking amiodarone.
• Xenical should not be used in CHILDREN younger than 12 years old; safety and effectiveness in these children have not been confirmed.
• PREGNANCY and BREAST-FEEDING: If you become pregnant, contact your doctor. You will need to discuss the benefits and risks of using Xenical while you are pregnant. It is not known if Xenical is found in breast milk. Do not breast-feed while taking Xenical.
Possible side effects of Xenical:
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome:
• Bowel movement urgency; gas with discharge; inability to control bowel movements; increased number of bowel movements; oily discharge; oily or fatty stools; oily spotting.
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:
• Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); severe or persistent stomach pain.
This is not a complete list of all side effects that may occur.
Proper storage of Xenical:
Store Xenical below 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Brief storage at temperatures between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is permitted. Store in a tightly closed container. Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Xenical out of the reach of children and away from pets.
